Community Engagement & Collaboration

Monitoring & Evaluation for Impact
Objective: Ensure the effectiveness of interventions by continuously evaluating progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

Objective: Ensure the organisation's long-term sustainability by securing diverse funding streams and maximising resource utilisation.
- Fundraising & Donations:
- Launch targeted fundraising campaigns, highlighting the organisation’s impact through success stories, data, and personal testimonials.
- Establish recurring donation programs (monthly or annual) to provide consistent funding for operational costs and program growth.
- Grants & Sponsorships:
- Apply for local, national, and international grants that align with the organisation’s mission and values, focusing on youth development, mental health, and employment.
- Build relationships with corporate sponsors who are interested in supporting community-based initiatives and promoting corporate social responsibility.
- Volunteer & In-kind Support:
- Leverage volunteers' skills and time by engaging them in meaningful roles within the organisation, from mentorship to event support.

Advocacy & Awareness Campaigns

Capacity Building & Organisational Growth
Objective: Strengthen the internal capacity of Charlton Premier Skills to deliver high-quality, scalable programs that align with its mission and vision.
- Staff Development:
