The Purpose
We offer a wide range of programmes for young people not in education, employment, or training (NEET). Brighter Futures is specifically designed to help young people gain the knowledge and experience they need to find and secure a good job - helping them progress directly to employment, an apprenticeship or further training.
All placements are evaluated for suitability, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, safeguarding requirements, insurance coverage, and clearly defined job tasks.
The Objectives
Brighter Futures aims to help those not in education, employment, or training to:

Pre-NEETS Intervention
Through Our Brighter Futures programme, we assist students identified as at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), also referred to as Pre-NEET. This situation may arise if a student exhibits poor attendance, behavioural challenges, or external stresses affecting their school performance. The EET Group collaborates closely with these students through a structured series of weekly sessions.
Our Two-Pronged Approach
At Charlton Premier Skills, our Pre-NEET Programme is designed to support young people at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). We take a two-pronged approach to ensure each participant receives the guidance, skills, and confidence needed to transition into successful pathways of education, employment, or training.

Our structured classes provide a foundation of essential knowledge and skills, helping young people advance through their current education programmes and prepare for future opportunities.
